| Description | In the presentation, the rhetorical persuasive strategies, and their abuse for the sake of manipulation are introduced. Then, the author analyzes Cicero's persuasive and manipulative strategies, particularly his ability to indicate a public enemy, in order to make a comparison between Cicero's speeches and speeches statements of today's Czech representatives (using and abusing such rhetorical devices). |
