Description In this paper we present a useful tool for multi-criteria decision making under uncertainty. The proposed approach involves several steps: identification of potential alternatives, determination of decision criteria, application of fuzzy theory to quantify criteria values under uncertainty and evaluation of alternatives with a hybrid method combining fuzzy TOPSIS and fuzzy AHP. We apply the proposed method in the case study of the construction of a decision making framework for the selection of the best location for organizing a conference.
