Description | We have analysed spectrum of microdischarges formed in contact with liquid water and observed strongly inequilibiral distribution of quantum states, caused mainly by violent dissociation of water molecules. A preliminary measurement of emission of microdischarges ignited in ambient air and propagating along an ice surface is also presented. |
