Description The paper focuses on the relationship between the need for cognitive closeness and concrete interventions in the teaching of teaching staff at school practice. The presented results relate to six pairs of student - training teacher. Teachers with a higher need for cognitive closure of the learning situation understand more sharply, which affects their responses in specific learning situations.
