| Description | The paper deals with a summary of the knowledge about the classroom management concept. Classroom management is a complex phenomenon of creating learning conditions in the learning process, facilitating the learning process, and evaluating its progress and results. The findings are structured into three general dichotomies: 1) approaches to class management that can be described as behavioral or humanistic; 2) classroom management areas, such as behavior management and instructional management; 3) classroom management strategies that are described through the proactive and reactive approaches of the teacher. |
