| Description | The paper deals with the specifics of teachers of practical teaching in upper secondary schools. The aim of the paper is to present the results of the theoretical analysis in the area of the specifics of the teacher of practical teaching in upper secondary schools. Next, to introduce an innovative concept of pedagogical and vocational training of teachers of practical education at the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University in Brno. The first part is devoted to the theoretical starting points in the area of the requirements for teachers in vocational education. The second part deals with the specifics of practical teachers in upper secondary schools. The third part describes the system of pedagogical and vocational training of teachers of practical education at the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University in Brno. |
