Description | The high-tech reconstruction of the Computer Graphic exhibition, which was organized by the curator and artist Jiří Valoch in the |Brno House of Art in 1968. Valoch's exhibition was one of the first gallery presentations of computer art at all and the first exhibition of this art in the Eastern Bloc. Its reconstruction is based on the use of fully immersive virtual reality technology, digitized computer graphics, animated computer poetry, and a flowchart that illustrates the process of creating the presented graphics. The exhibition balances between the art history experiment and the genre of so-called remembering exhibitions. The way of presenting works of art goes beyond the boundaries of the curatorial profession towards the creative interpretation of exposed works using current technical possibilities. |
