Description | The article is a detailed analysis of the oldest documents from collegiate chapter Vyšehrad, that was founded around the year 1070. It is a questionable privilege by founder, duke and king of Bohemia Vratislaus II (1061-1092), which has been retained in four copies from 12th and 13th century. A second document is the completely false charter by pope Alexander II (1061-1073) from 12th century with a confirmed exemption of Vyšehrad church. These documents are also textually linked to charters by duke Bohemia Sobeslaus I (1125-1140). |
