| Description | Museologica Brunensia 2018/1 mainly presents articles from the field of museum presentation, museum education and professional training. Journal issue concerns articles dealing with the personas method (Werner Schweibenz and Stéphanie Wintzerith, Germany), museum activities on the support to spiritual and physical health and regeneration of the museum audience (Kristy Van Hoven, USA), concepts of professional training at the University of Primorska, Slovenia (Irena Lazar and Zrinka Mileusnić, Slovenia) and in a non-university education course for museum educators in Brno (Tomáš Drobný and Pavla Vykoupilová, Czech Republic). This year we also commemorate an important milestone in the development of Czech museological terminology – publication of the Dictionary of Museology (1978) by Josef Beneš. |
