Description | Museologica Brunensia 2018/2 presents articles concerned with historical, theoretical and practical aspects of the discipline. The issue presents studies by Markus Walz (Leipzig) on the use of the terms museology and museography in German language and Aya Kimura (Tokio) who gives insights into national strategies of digitisation in Lithuanian Museums from 2008 to 2017. Ivana Blažková (Prague) follows up the way of archaeological finds into museum collections and Renáta Žáková (Brno) deals with controversial exhibitions and their reflection by museum visitors. Other sections of journal issue introduce e.g. national museum competition in the Czech Republic and department of museology in St. Petersburg. |
