Description | A composite protective layer with an improved microstructure, in particular a better dispersed reinforcing ceramic component in the resulting coating, was formed by the plasma pretreatment of the powder ceramic raw material. Direct activation by coplanar barrier discharge in atmospheric pressure at atmospheric pressure was used for the plasma activation. |
