| Description | The exhibition was organized in the hometown of Jan Vichr on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of his emigration to Switzerland. Both the object creation that was created over the course of twenty years and the peculiar photographs were presented. The essential sources of cultivation of Jan Vichr included regular meetings with contemporary art in the circle of the Young Friends of Fine Arts, organized by the Brno House of Arts. It was important to learn about elementary principles of the “school of art thinking” of the art teacher and theorist Igor Zhoř and then-director of the Moravian Gallery in Brno, Jiří Hlušička. Part of the exhibition project was a catalog complementing the extensive and varied works of the author. The exhibition is part of the project – Able to Vision - Presenting Contemporary Art at Masaryk University.
