How can we know our strengths better? And can the character be purposefully developed? In the lecture, you will find answers to these and many other questions that are related to the theme of the character, which is paid great attention in positive psychology. We will introduce a classification of character strengths, methods of their measurement and interesting research results. There will also be recommendations and inspiration for developing and cultivating the strengths of character in everyday life. |
