| Description | The beginning of June this year was a real holiday for French-speaking lawyers from around the world, as the international scientific conference traditionally organized by Henri Capitant was held (this time) in France on 3 - 7 June 2019. The "La solidarité" was chosen as a starting point for all expert sections, and the mission of the scientific conference in the selected sections (solidarity and family; solidarity and economy; solidarity and damages; solidarity and tax policy) was to confront solidarity with the relevant are and not only legal, but also economic, sociological, ethical or historical issues were taken account. |
