Description The paper is related with the outputs of the Erasmus+ project titled Leading learning by networking which deals with the topic of networking in schools. The consorcium of authors from six countries presented and discussed main project result devoted to the roles of headteachers (as architect, culture developer and educator) in the process of learning networks development in schools.
