Description The chapter (of a monograph dealing with recent manifestations of s legal corruption) deals with Czech- and Slovak parties of political entrepreneurs (PPE). We discuss the definition issues of PPEs, then, we focus on the their internal organization and the political appeals with which the PPEs political entrepreneurs broke into the party systems of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We show that it is not the same ideology or the same entrepreneurial strategy of their founders, or even the same strategy towards the existing political system that these entities had in common. In practice, the projects of political entrepreneurship had different outlets that were significantly influenced by the personality of the political entrepreneur and his specific strategies in the party building and institutionalisation process.
