| Description | Pohansko u Břeclavi has been studied systematically since 1959. Four generations of researchers took turns here and trained dozens of students. Research and rescue studies of the inhabited areas of the center, the bailey and surrounding areas in the wider area have produced findings that have analogies both in the area of Great Moravia and in the wider Central European and European environment. The main contribution of Pohansko is in expert studies and monographs systematically processing results of field research. But are the published interpretations objective and can other constructions continue to be built upon? Or were they influenced by social and political directions and would it be appropriate to look back and consider the state of the foundations and fix or rebuild them ?! |
