| Description | The monography summarize the issues of digital archiving in Czech environment. Life cycle of digital document is followed from its creating, selection, register, permanent storage, processing to making them accessible for researchers. First chapter contains the analysis of the standards ant their use in practice of electronic records management. Next chapter describes the project of National digital archives and Archival portal including the selection of electronic records, validation and long term preservation of the data. Next chapters introduce the basic tools for electronic register of archival documents and their processing. Last chapter is devoted to the digitalization of archival documents and making them accessible on various archival portals. There is also a vocabulary of basic terms on digital archiving in the text. |
