Citation
Description The first of lectures dedicated to the work of architect Hildebrandt. From 1696 he worked in Vienna and became an imperial court engineer. He worked mainly on the estates of Prince Eugene of Savoy, but also for a wider circle of court aristocrats (in Vienna - Mansfeld-Fondi Palace, Daun-Kinsky Palace). Under the patronage of the famous prince, he became an important figure in architectural life, and with the realization of Vienna's Upper Belvedere he achieved significant life and artistic success.
