| Description | Traveling through time is impossible, everyone knows it. Studying the past is therefore an endless learning research: we can collect data, interpret it, build hypotheses, but we will always miss certainty. The present intervention aims to introduce a new methodology, to understand the societies of the past. It is a question of using the human body as a biological "machine" to try to understand the pre-cultural constants into the human experience of past and present. A first empirical part, will be dedicated to the perception of the time by present-day pilgrims, it will follow by a "verification" in the sources of the past. It will therefore be the analysis of the "nature" to complete our knowledge of "culture". |
