Description | The aim of the paper was to briefly acquaint with the current state of the Anabaptists-nobility research. Three levels of the social and economic interaction were introduced: 1) Anabaptists as the workforce of the dominion; 2) Anabaptists as the producers of luxury goods; 3) Anabaptists and nobility in close personal interaction (e.g. the Anabaptist physicians). The paper also described the specifics of Moravian Anabaptists research in context of other presented researches (from the Netherlands, Switzerland, Ukraine and Russia, Canada). |
