| Description | This study, based not only on the knowledge of aesthetics and theater science, but also sociology and psychology, is based on the diploma thesis The Phantom of the Opera and its Transformations in the Modern Culture and deals with the analysis of the character of the phantom as a stigmatized person. Using the example of the Phantom of the Opera we will show how stigmatized individuals cope not only with other people, but also with themselves. |
