| Description | Open research data is a concept that is gradually becoming more and more known to the general professional public in connection with areas such as open access to scientific publications or open science. This article draws attention to current legislative developments, especially in the field of law of the European Union and places the legal issue of open research data in the broader context of public sector information. In its second part, the article deals with selected legal and factual problems related to the provision and reuse of open scientific data and offers suggestions for their solution. |
