| Description | The introduction into the art of the first half of the 19th century in Brno characterizes a stylistic transformation from the late Baroque to various forms of romantic historicism. Behind the external manifestations of historical styles we can see solutions to the problem of function, shape and construction in architecture, the relationship of style and vision in painting, or the relationship of artistic form and musical expression in music. |
