| Description | The online lecture about the personality of the Slovak artist, painter Štefan Leonard Kostelníček (1900-1949), who during his active life acted as a strongly nationalist-oriented Slovak educator, Catholic believer or gay activist in the field of the decriminalization of homosexuality in Czechoslovakia. The man of three or more faces? Undoubtedly the man who combined outwardly incompatible human identities in one and the same person as a professional artist. The lecture was part of the events of 'Month of Queer History 2020', organized by the 'Society for Queer Memory'. It was also organized in cooperation with the Historia Europeana association. |
