Description The goal of this presentation was (1) to inform the audience about the existence of Agenda Europe, a pan-European, ultra-conservative Christian network that intends to rewind sexual and reproductive freedoms in all European countries, and specifically for certain categories of people including women, adolescents, and the LGBTQ+ community, (2) to put it in contrast with The Madrid Declaration, a position paper of the European Society of Contraception and Reproductive Health, (3) to argue that the clash of ultra-conservatism and liberalism over the future of Europe is currently raging in the gynecological clinics, and finally (4) to point out that liberal approach with its emphasis on tolerance, individual freedom, human rights and secular laws should be supported just as sexual and reproductive health which proves to be cost-effective and both populations and states benefit from it.
