Description High frequency blue light is part of the visible spectrum with a wavelength between 450 and 495 nm. For example, it emits monitors, mobile phone displays or most artificial lighting. It is one of the components of ordinary white light. In today's digital age, blue light emitted by screens (high energy visible light (HEV)) has been added to our lives and ordinary light rays. In the video, this new phenomenon is subjected to performative thinking.
