Description The study deals with one of the concepts of the new European order that emerged after 1918. He chooses the activity of K. A. Rohan, who founded the "Kulturbund" in Vienna in 1922, and the magazine "Europäische Revue" in 1925. Rohan's work is situated in the tension between national and international cultural policy efforts of the interwar period. It turns out that an intellectual network was created here, which was reactivated in Germany after the end of World War II.
