| Description | The topic of this article are Chinese wall-papers from the 18th and 19th centuries, which used to decorate the interiors of aristocratic residences in what today is the Czech Republic. Quite exceptional is the series of six silk panoramatic wall-hangings preserved in Lednice. Also described and analyzed are wall-papers at Veltrusy, the Archbishops´s palace at Prague, Valtice,Bruntál, Červený Dvůr, and Čimelice. |
