Description	The paper deals with the proposed changes in the regulation of offenses in the new Building Act. The article pays attention to the starting points of the new regulation, changes in the facts, which are to reflect changes in construction, respectively. authorization, proceedings and also a change in the amount of sanctions. The aim of the paper is to describe and evaluate the proposed changes in the regulation of offenses in the Building Act.
