| Description | The conference paper dealt with a cellar alley in the town of Strachotín. The reasons related to the location of the cellar area were discussed in it. The cellar alley in Strachotín is not as old as other cellar alleys in neighboring villages, as the authorities did not want to grant permission to build cellars in this locality at first. The change did not occur until the early 1980s. Then followed the rapid construction of cellars. By 1797, 41 cellars had been built, and in 1825, 64 wine cellars were built with presses. The article lists some construction changes that these presses have undergone. |
