| Description | The contribution deals with the relations between the Curia and the Moravian monasteries in the 13th Century, which are inquired by administrative and diplomatic analysis of several groups of common papal documents for monasteries (Protection privileges, Omnes libertates et immunitates charters, Confirmations, Non absque dolore and Ea, que de bonis mandates, Litterae conservatoriae). Eventually, a treatise on Indulgence charters is attached. |
