| Description | Keynote presents learning contents shared among teachers from different generations and learning interactions appointed. Based on these categories, four types of intergenerational learning are discussed and explained by examples from research data obtained by observations and interviews. The typology of intergenerational learning among teachers is used to describe the relationships between the structure of workplace learning among teachers and the type of school leadership. |
