Description | This paper is primarily focused at the topic of compliance and in the cybersecurity field a relatively unknown compliance procedure called certification. The author briefly introduces the emerging EU Cybersecurity Certification Framework of products, services and processes as established by the Cybersecurity Act, a new piece of EU legislation. This Act presents the very future of the EU cybersecurity market and the attention is therefore focused on the procedural and institutional aspects of the new unitary certification framework and its apparatus. |
