| Description | In this paper, I discuss several empirical and theoretical puzzles discovered in the course of research inspired by Joanna Błaszczak's work on Polish indefinites (Błaszczak 2001, 2008 in particular). Specifically, I examined certain non-trivial and intriguing contrasts between different series of Polish indefinites regarding free choice, reference, the interaction with negation and the preposition `bez' (`without'). |
