| Description | Optimizing the functioning of families with preschool children to create a family environment that enables a healthy lifestyle for parents and its educational transmission to children. Engaging in a programme with simple and affordable guidelines for lifestyle modification and their practical training, to remove barriers that reduce motivation and make lifestyle modification difficult, on family relationships, time spent together and on socially vulnerable families where obesity is a more common problem. |
