| Description | The electronic form of communication in the business corporations is a specific area regulated only superficially. Whether it is a general relationship of business corporations and the Internet (especially in the scope of publishing information), or the use of technical means which the legislation presupposes (especially in their use for voting outside the general meeting of some companies), legislation contains only a general framework, without going into a more detailed definition and solution of problematic aspects. Therefore, the paper gradually addresses these problematic aspects and discusses in general the problematic relationship between the electronic form of communication and business corporations. |
