| Description | The publication is aimed at the students of pre-primary education but it can be used also by the teachers of elementary and especially kinder garden teachers. The text is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the developments of the children at the pre-school age, swimming training safety, basic terminology and importance of swimming. In the practical part the authors present ten fairy tales which motivate to the various swimming activities such as the basic swimming technics and water games. The particular games (parts of the fairy tales in motion) are transparently elaborated and suit the pre-school age children. The description of the games is attached with some poems and pictures and photographs. Some fairy tales are attached with the instructional video recordings. |
