| Description | The aim of the monograph is to describe and explain fundamentals of somatic psychotherapy-sanotherapy. Generally speaking, somatic psychotherapy-sanotherapy combines on purpose biopsychophysical and psychotherapeutical techniques. Techniques and method of somatic psychotherapy-sanotherapy give among others a change to vegetative nervous system to return from hyperirritation to physiological state and thus to renew natural flow of previously blocked emotional reactions. |
