| Description | Three unique manuscripts are kept in the Archive of the City of Brno, which in the pre-White Mountain era were used to record legal instructions, drawn up at the request of cities and towns that belonged to the Brno legal district. These manuscripts, which the archive registers under inventory numbers 71, 72 and 73, contain a rich agenda of real cases of various orientations, whose legal-historical and thus Romanistic potential has not yet been sufficiently exploited. The aim of the contribution is therefore to draw attention to the importance of these manuscripts, primarily in relation to the knowledge of Brno application practice, which surprisingly still belongs to the topics neglected in the literature. |
