| Description | The chapter deals with the activities of the Czechoslovak military resistance in the Brno region in 1940-1942 and with counter-actions of the Nazi security machinery. These culminated in both martial rights by a series of executions of former Czechoslovak army members, headed by Brigadier General Otakar Zahálka, at the Gestapo police prison Kounic Hall of Residence in Brno. |
