Description The conference papers presents outcome of the evaluation of two year programme for school principal called Teach Live. Evaluation methodology based on the Kikrpatrick model focuses on participant feedback, self-efficacy and competencies development, impact on teacher staff and learning methods and impact on school climate. The research combines qualitative and quantitative methodology and adapts metholodogy from TALIS (2018) as well as develops new research instruments.
