| Description | On the basis of promising references in the correspondence of Bishop Leopold Egk with the Viennese agent Joseph von Hohenthal, research was undertaken into the pages of the surviving music books and libretti within the holdings of the Don Juan Archive in Vienna. The ties of Kroměříž to the Viennese stage environment were confirmed through the correspondence of Joseph von Hohenthal as well as through the correspondence of the Lambachian clergy. |
