| Description | The penalty of dissolution of a legal person is the most severe penalty that can be imposed on it according to the exhaustive list in Section 15 of the "ZTOPO". According to newly available data, it is also imposed very frequently for economic crimes, and the number of penalties imposed has not yet decreased. Attention will therefore be paid, among other things, to the percentage of the number of penalties imposed for the revocation of a legal entity, namely for economic crimes. Furthermore, the contribution will also focus on the consequences for the legal entity of the imposition of such a penalty. |
