Description	The Action Plan provides an overview of the available training capacity and workforce in the Czech Republic in the European context. It identifies the problems of ensuring a sufficient number of quality cybersecurity professionals in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, tools and procedures are proposed to strengthen the availability of a skilled workforce in the context of the National Qualification Framework in Cybersecurity. Next, the role of the NÚKIB in the use of the Action Plan is defined and finally, its specific users are identified and awareness raising and educational activities to implement the plan are proposed.
