| Description | In this presentation, the results of the newest research on Kristijonas Donelaitis's work, and biography were presented, including couple of unknown episodes from his life, now attested by newly acquired archival data. The main focus of the presentation however was on the general concept of the studies of the old Lithuanian literature: discussed were issues of the contemporary research in this field and its position in the contemporary global processes of the humanities and arts. |
