| Description | The lecture offered an overview of the main findings of the DECAREL research project aimed at mapping and improving the quality of the decision-making process about end-of-life care for patients. In addition to the description and analysis of existing processes, a practical tool for improving decision-making and care for patients with a serious illness was also presented, the effectiveness of which has already been pilot tested. |
