| Description | This contribution will be devoted to the selected punishments that are imposed on legal entities according to § 15 ZTOPO. The attention will be paid primarily to the criminal offense of dissolution of a legal entity, but also to the punishment of prohibition of activity and the punishment of prohibition of the performance of public contracts or participation in public tenders. As the title of this contribution already suggests, its core will not be an analysis of the impact of the imposition of such punishments directly on legal entities, but on the contrary, the effects of the imposition of any of these punishments on natural persons will be emphasized, in various spheres of their lives. In the oral presentation, not only criminal law aspects of this issue will be taken into account, but also criminological, sociological, philosophical, supportively also psychological. |
