| Description | Interlingual or lexical equivalence with detailed consideration of the specificity of legal terminology has not been addressed anywhere so far. Equivalence in legal terminology is a very problematic issue because of the diversity of law in each country. In this article we try to present the common approach to the classification of equivalence in legal terminology and to present our own approach and classification of different groups of interlingual equivalence, which takes into account some peculiarities of the professional vocabulary of the given field. |
