Description | The purpose of the contribution was to point out the way in which the Brno collection of legal teachings, founded in 1471 (rkp. no. 71 AMB), was organized. Therefore, the use of the principles of common law (ius commune) was demonstrated on selected examples, which in the form of marginal glosses supplemented the text of the original statement, actually sent to one of the recipient localities. A comparison of the textual stylization of these glosses with the sources of Roman law and mediaeval legal works revealed the potential sources of these rules. |
